Nothing happened when I scanned
The scanner hardware or software may not be fully compatible with automatic
scanning capabilities.
- Make sure that your scanner is turned on and properly connected.
- Contact your scanner manufacturer and check for an updated version of their
scanning software.
- If you're using Automatic scan, switch to Your scanner software.
If the first three options don't work, change the scanner performance from
Enhanced to Normal:
- On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Scanner/Camera
tab.
- Select your scanner, camera, or other device, and then click Modify.
- Under Performance, select Normal.
